    I’ve added 30 seconds to my five minute pattern (15 seconds to each side plank) to hit the 120:
    1:00 forearm plank
    1:00 straight arm plank
    45 seconds each side plank
    1:00 forearm plank
    1:00 straight arm with 25 seconds each leg raised
