 4/01 =50m: 15 Glider/Stretching /15 dance /20 walk
 4/02 =30m: 10 march in place /20 walk
 4/03 =1:15- 10m Upper body toning (no weights) /5m Floor stretches (getting up is the real workout!! haha)
 30m Dancing/walking in place around the house /20m walk outside /10m ab-doer
 4/04 =30m: 10 Glider/Stretching /15 walk
 Friday 4/05 - 0:33 ~
 10m lower body toning & 3m stretching
 20m inclined walk outside
 I found the right road to park on for work so that from my car I get a steady incline- it’s great!

 I'm glad I found this too! It's the extra push I need to make sure I do something everyday! Not looking at the bif lofty number of 24; but just what can I get done today.
