    Usually a lot of walking for work and then a mix of running/elliptical/rowing/air bike for an hour

    4/07= 50 mins: 20m combo sets of resistance (1.5#) & cardio (up/lo) /10M abs /20m walk
    4/08= 10 mins; 5m ownhill, visit mom; then backup hill.
    4/09 = 20 min; walk
    4/10 = 20 min; walk

    Thursday 4/11 = 20 min glider

    6:38 done
