    4/07= 50 mins: 20m combo sets of resistance (1.5#) & cardio (up/lo) /10M abs /20m walk
    4/08= 10 mins; 5m ownhill, visit mom; then backup hill.
    Tuesday 4/09 = 20 min walk

    18:02 to goal

    Knee feels better this am, so going to move a little more. Starting with another 20min daybreak walk. THIS is one habit I want to maintain for life.
