4/08= 10 mins; 5m ownhill, visit mom; then backup hill.

4/11 = 20 min; glider
Friday 4/12 = 17 min glider

I'm making excuses but the school holidays are messing with my routine. Zumba and yoga are cancelled both weeks3 -
Today my arthritis slowed me down. Stopped a yin yoga class halfway but still got my hour in
30 minutes stationary bike-if it ever stops snowing I will go outside!
