Q- What are we aiming for as a challenge end date? June 21st? July 1st?

Ive never used this before, so forgive me if I'm not replying right! Im trying to lose another 10 lbs before summer. 5'2, currently 130 lbs. Ive lost 7 since I started back on my workout routine, about 3 weeks ago. A mix or cardio (elliptical) and body beast workouts.2

First of all congratulations Angie and Hilo for all the progress so far. For me I am continuing until the end of June if I hit my goal, if not I will keep going until about October and then switch to building muscle again. If I hit my goal before then it will be maintenance for me. Good luck all.1 -
I am only weighing myself once a month, but I’m happy to say I’m down 5 for the first four weeks3

@mkgoodson1007 thank you for the kind words! I'm probably going to continue for a while, too, because I'm losing slowly- but steadily- and my goal for this challenge isn't my final goal weight. My previous comfortable weight in 2017 was 123, so I'm honestly about 30 lbs from there. I just can't tackle that all at once or it feels overwhelming!

I have a swimsuit I bought 2 years ago that I love. It ran small (like really small) so my goal is to get into it this summer. I am down 45lbs but haven't sucked it up to try it again.3

Im doing the weigh in on another thread. But my overall start weight was 142, April start was 134.6 and yesterday i weighed in at 130.6. Cant wait to be back in the 120's soon! My wedding weight was 125 and I'm starting to believe I can get back to there.2
