I'm late but posting! My mom visited from out of town and we ate junk while she was here. Managed to eat some things good and just portion control the bad. Still got workouts in, although short ones to spend time with her. Getting back to the full force grind!

Would love to get to 146 this month and get my 10 day average in the 140's. Have been in the low 150's for weeks now and can't seem to get out of them. Hopefully April is better than March! My weigh in days will be Wednesday.

I felt really good this week, especially in the second half. I started exercising again which felt AMAZING, I drank more water, I started to do a few minutes of deep breathing every day, had good self control, AND invested in a FitBit!
Didn't lose and actually gained a little but I'm not worried yet.

I bought a spiralizer this week to turn my courgettes and carrots to spaghetti, using the courgette as a replacement in meals instead of rice or pasta, filling and dramatically cuts down carbs/sugar7 -
