Success/struggles of the week: i couldn't exercise at all this week. Had a bike accident, was hit by a car. Could barely walk. So all things considered, good week. Had to adjust my snacking, missed all the food i can have with cycling, lol. Also, looking back a year ago at my weight range, it's all kind of repeating itself a year later. Interesting, because it frustrates me to an extent, to have higher weight after holidays, but seems to be going down as the year progressing. So be it. I'm happy with my maintenance. Have a great week, everyone!

Oh no! I'm so sorry - how scary! Wishing you a speedy recovery! :flowerforyou:

So sorry about your cat, @pkweier. I can't imagine how difficult it is after sharing your life with him for so many years.

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: I went to the office and we had snacks during our classes, but I managed to keep my calories under control. We went to Cracker Barrel for lunch, and I didn't realize how calorific everything is when you eat out. Holy wow! I hardly ever eat takeout, even. I haven't had my nightly vino in three days, so I'll count that a success! I don't count calories during the weekend (because Saturday is my cheat day and Sunday is my long run day, but I ran 7 miles on Sunday. I haven't ran that far in a decade. My goal is to run a half marathon in October. I did eat some not-so-great foods, but

Success(es)/struggle(s) of the week: First week logging 100% of my exercise calories as allocated by MFP, instead of 50%. Not doing as good as I could be eating all of them back, but overall my net calories intake is still up. Exercise this week was solid with most lifts increasing in weight and solid cardio Managed it squeeze in an hour walk every day for lunch..
