Hello everyone, I’ve been gone for a while. Now I have a much better phone so I’m back on. I’m forty-two right now, and feeling more motivated than ever to do something healthy for me. I’m a type 1 diabetic so being healthy is essential. I need energy to keep up with my boys. Just want to say a great big Hi. Please add me if you want to bounce ideas off each other. Monday morning weight in = 264. Down 9lbs this week. First week of actual logging every bite so I realize it’s probably all water but I’m happy anyway and do not have unrealistic expectations for week two especially considering it’s Easter. (Committed to logging every bite and saving calories if I want that peanut butter egg.)
Starting weight: 280
Goal weight: 150
April 8: 273
April 15: 264
Total weight lost:165 -

Hey! Round 2 at this for me. Lost just over 4 stone 5 years ago and slowly put 3 back on. Turned 40 last year and want to lose the regained weight and get fit again. New start and new account, first 4 weeks have gone well and I’m back in the gym!4
