Lost a about 70 pounds and just quit for a couple years.

I try not to go over 1500 kcal a day and I’m mindful how much carbs I eat... try is a good word Exercise wise I squat at home and I walk at least 7,000 steps a day.9 -
Thank you for the response. Every single time I get this kind of response I tell my self see there’s no secret ingredient you just have to stick with it long enough to see the difference. Every single time I follow what you have mentioned,I either do it very loosely or I completely get sidetracked within like four five days.
Anyway I’m trying to stick with it longer than ever.
Would you mind sharing your starting weight/height/how much you have lost so and in what time. This helps me visualize and realize that okay somewhere in this world a real living person is doing it and it’s happening so you r capable of doing it too.5 -
108lbs (7 stone 10lb) gone and a full life gained. Not far till goal100 -

@MegansMom2011 amazing work! Hey, what are your fav youtube workouts or channels?
Thank you so much! I've really enjoyed "The Body Coach TV" YouTube channel. He has a HIIT workout that is specifically made to be easy on my knees. After all the running from C25K and C210K, my knees needed a break. He's a little goofy, but the workouts are fantastic. While I'm doing the workout (only 15 minutes, btw) I'm thinking "this is not going to do much at all; I'm not out of breath like I get from running." but the next day, my whole body feels the HIIT workout! It's great!
If you need anything else, I'm always open to more friends too!!5 -
