I had mango and vanilla Skyr (high protein Icelandic yoghurt).

Usually I have some form of fruit-and-Skyr, sometimes with a small sprinkle of honey seeds as well.

Yesterday was yoghurt, mixed fruit and plain puffed cereal.
Today will be mixed fruit and oatmeal, as I plan to hit a trail in a little while.

I drink smoothies just about every day. I have gotten to like greens so much that most people probably wouldn’t like how I drink them. Today was lots of spinach and kale with 1/4 blueberries, 6 strawberries and 1/4 of raspberries and 1tbsp chia. This has been a huge game changer for me. I make l different kinds but alway LOTS of greens.

We had catered biscuits this morning, I couldn't hold back. Put some butter and grape jelly on it too. :# I regret it already, but so good!

1/2 of a bacon breakfast burrito that I split with a co-worker. Yesterday was 100cal oatmeal and a reese's easter egg, and day before that was yogurt and granola.

Protein shake today, scrambled eggs and ham yesterday, whole wheat toast with peanut butter and jam before that. And coffee every day, at least 2 large cups. Some days I eat nothing until noonish, just not hungry.

Fried egg and 1 bacon strip on a Thomas Bagel Thin (open faced, only used half a bagel). I'll usually eat that or a smoothie, protein shake with fruit on the side, sometimes I'll have a salad with spinach, chicken and whatever other stuff I feel like tossing in (usually of the Greek variety) and usually I'll have a hard boiled egg in the salad. I've also been known to have peanut butter and apples, cottage cheese and fruit, yogurt and granola/fruit. And sometimes if I know the rest of my meals for the day will be low cal/carb/fat I'll have a huge chunk of French bread with unsalted butter.

Today I had leftover birthday cake  Yesterday I skipped breakfast because I knew I'd be having birthday cake later. It's all about balance.

(Normally I either skip breakfast or have something small like yogurt or PB toast. Birthday cake is obviously not a regular thing ;) )

probably going to be in the yogurt club as well this morning since it's shopping day and I know my sister is probably going to pick up a substantial lunch while she's out.

I like to have plain greek yogurt and unsweetened applesauce with a squirt of sugar-free maple syrup and a generous dash of cinnamon. could do regular syrup or honey if you wanted but I'm staying away from sugar.

I also like to chop and cook apples with cinnamon and vanilla and put them overtop of half of a no sugar added blueberry muffin some mornings. It tastes like a nice dessert but is probably less than 200 calories (depending on how much, if any, butter you use)
