Not a good month for weight loss! May might be difficult too, but I'll be joining in the challenge as usual.

Setting a goal, tracking my food and exercise, and accountability through this forum paid off. I met and exceeded my goal! This is my first MFP challenge and I'm looking forward to the May challenge. Feeling really good about the progress I made this month. I have lost about 11 lbs in the past two months and I can really see the difference in my body. Definitely ready to switch up my goal to gain muscle instead of just losing fat.9 -

April 22: 196.8 5 pounds in one week! Obviously continued to fill my void during sisterβs death & funeral planning with food. Easter was just another food distraction. Thanks for all the hugs & condolences. Iβm back on track starting today!

@momzie2016 Thanks for the support & uplifting spirit. I've been out of sorts since Thanksgiving (for one reason or another) and yet I lost 60 pounds last year! Unfortunately I have started to gain some back, but I'm not settling for it. I'm not giving up. Thanks for reminding me that each day is a new start & a new chance to get back in the groove. I will weigh April 30th, then I will see you in May!
