Happy TGIF!!! 4 clients this morning then off! AVENGERS ENDGAME today and then later hoping DUBS finish off the Clippers tonight after that pathetic performance Wednesday.
Cardio: jog/walk- 3 miles (350 calories)
Strength: legs- leg press, front squats, leg extensions, lying leg curls, seated leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts. 4 x12,10,8, 6
Assessment: Spaghetti and meatballs.

Can't believe it's been almost a week. After Easter Monday I went back to work Tuesday & Wednesday. We had Anzac Day (national holiday) Thursday & i took the Friday off.
Feels good to be back at it today hitting back and shoulders.
