Keep it up! My wife is a Zumba instructor and always tries to get me to do Strong!
Don't do it as often as I once did. Hadn't been in a while and was gasping for breath by the end. One heck of a conditioning workout for sure! Kudos to your wife for teaching Zumba! I got certified last November, but not teaching at the moment.0 -
