Up! (I thought for sure I'd have to hang myself the first ten minutes)

Toy Story 3 (I have young kids, one of which carries her stuffed monkey with her EVERYWHERE and I can't imagine a day when she won't anymore)

Legend of the Fall (our son was named Tristan)

    Return of the King

Steel Magnolia's (I wanted to name our daughter Shelby, but my husband hated it; it's her middle name instead)

The Lion King (I saw the Broadway show and bawled like a baby!)

there are a few more that I can't think of right now....never saw Marley and Me and am avoiding it for this reason!

This thread has reinforced my faith in humanity...it confirms what a caring compassionate lot we all are underneath our 'steely' exterior's!

There have been many films mentioned here I've seen and forgotten about such as Toy Story 3 and Homeward Bound and so many films I haven't seen such as The Pursuit of Happiness, Million Dollar baby, Old Yeller, The Notebook, The Memory Keeper's Daughter, & Atonement to name a few that have cropped up here a few times.

You can bet I am going to seek all these out and I will make sure I am well stocked up with tissues!

Yea what is up with men and Marley and Me? He definitely got 'misty' eyed and we don't even own animals, never will!!

My Sister's Keeper is a lame movie (better book + you HAVE to read the real ending!!!) but if you want to sit and cry, cry, cry its a good one for that.

I'm sorry. Old Yeller, yes. But Marley and me was so corny...it scraped my intestines clean andit hurt to crap for a week.

    Not a good movie.

    Grave of the Fireflies.

O fficially the saddest movie in the whole world, ever. (TM)

It's an anime about two children in war torn Japan trying to survive after their parents die. One is a boy just in his teens, one is a wee girl who is barely 3.

I've only been able to bring myself to watch it once.

I'm tearing up just thinking about it!

Sex and the City counts if that is what tugs at your heart strings....anything that shows you have got a soft centre!

I think they cried 'cause the movie was so awful.

movies don't make me cry, they are after all, just movies.

I'm not a man but I cry every time I watch Bridges of Madison County.
Also The Passion of The Christ
    The Notebook
I've never watched Marley and Me all the way through. I'll have to watch it completely the next time it comes on tv.
I know there are others but I can't think of them right now.
