Sweets. In moderation. Today my choice for a sweet is to have a couple of chocolate coated almonds for 44 calories.5

Try and chew a piece of gum after eating, sometimes that helps me.3

Protein shakes0

i am a chocoholic.i have chocolate after lunch and dinner daily. i just work it into my calorie goal4

Fruit, or a small piece of really good chocolate.4

I find it addictive. If I have something sweet at a certain time of day for several days in a row, it is hard to stop. As I've gotten older, I've severely limited sweets and sweet foods and it makes me crave them less. You know you've kicked the habit when a bowl of oatmeal with just nuts and berries tastes good!7

i have whatever i am craving. denial for me leads to binging. instead of an oreo or two, i end up eating a sleeve dipped in warm hot fudge3

I'm only okay with sweets if I eat something very late in the day and then go to bed not long after.
Grabbing an apple or pear helped me break the "dessert time" habit. They are sweet, filling - especially when I was already full from the meal, and I didn't want more and more and more.
I can't keep candy/sweets around and only have one or two pieces. I know it's there and I want it. I was like that when I was thin too 🤷 I think when I was thin it balanced out because I ate less overall and rarely even bought candy or pastries, etc. I *still* don't like cookies.
I can eat naturally occurring sugars like fruit and such and not have endless cravings. I'm sure that will get eyerolls and woos, but it's what I experience. Maybe it's the fiber difference. Dunno2 -
Also fruit for the most part.
Good chocolate or a weighed serving of ice cream are options I will include sometimes.4 -

I never considered something like that to help my sweet tooth! How many calories would that add to a bottle of water?0 -
Light snack at work = Brookside choc covered fruit. Limit myself to only when i need it for hunger, and no more than 2 at a time.
Dessert: have at 8:30 every night. If I have room in calories, Prestige Ice Cream (bi-lo brand), flavor of the month. If I don't have much room, a half serving of wrapped chocolate (Godiva, lindor, etc)0 -
Just found these last week. Every flavor I've tried has been delicious!

A serving of Crystal Light is 5 calories per 8oz serving, so you can adjust based on that for your bottle size. You can always adjust for taste if that is too sweet or not sweet enough.1 -

Yeah, I like those, too. Plus they have some helpful protein, and - last I checked my favorite flavors - none of the sugar alcohols that cause digestive distress for some people.
ETA: Oops, no - the ones I found that don't have sugar alcohols are the Yasso Greek Yogurt bars. Package looks similar, so I reacted wrong, kneejerk. (The Enlightened ones may be swell, too, but it's Yassos I like and that have protein/no sugar alcohols.)2 -
Good little chocolates. Ghirardelli, Godiva. I like the little Dove treasures, dark chocolate with peanut butter. There's a local chocolate place that makes little chocolate peanut butter creams. Totally worth the 50-60-ish calories.1

Up your protein, that usually helps me. If I'm craving sweets after dinner, I'll have a chocolate protein bar. I like the PowerCrunch bars, those are pretty good and low sugar.1

I started my journey in 2012. I'm now at goal, but I did it with the intent to keep my losses and not gain it back. For me, that means do NOT FORFEIT THOSE FOODS YOU LOVE! That's just a disaster waiting to happen. Me? I'm a true chocoholic. I love my chocolate, dark but NOT the stuff that's good for you, 70% cocoa is just too bitter for me. So I go for my Dove or Hershey's dark chocolate kisses. And I have them EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! I lost my weight doing this, I'm maintaining doing this, and I have no cravings... except in the evening, BEFORE I get my chocolate fix! ;-)
Another go-to for me is Kemp's frozen yogurt. At 80 calories per serving, I have my strawberry frozen yogurt (which I've started feeding my hubby, telling him it's ice cream and he can't tell the difference MWAHAHAHA) when the heat of the day or just plain cravings get the best of me. There are "sweets" out there that aren't going to kill your diet... as long as you include them in your daily calorie goals.
OH, and just saw @AnnPT77s post... try the Enlighten caramel and sea salt, but for ALL Enlighten, follow the directions and let them sit out a few minutes before enjoying them. VERY good stuff.

I have a few options. Normally I'm able to fit something nice and sweet into my day. Most of the time I go for something that's going to be filling as well. My big thing has been spinach smoothies with cocoa powder and cinnamon - I swear it's sweet, it uses banana. I'll get Halo Top or similar if it's on sale, but normally it's too expensive for me. If I want something smaller than a smoothie I'll have sweetened yogurt, either sweetened with honey or crystal light or something, or a pre-flavored item. In a pinch, if I'm craving but I'm out of calories, I'll chew gum.1

Ooops, I meant Yasso Greek Yogurt bars don't have sugar alcohols (edited my previous post). It's Yasso I eat, not Enlightened.1

With Enlightened ice cream if it's too dense I'll pop it in the microwave for around 10-25 seconds.0
