Where did you all go? I'm the only one posting. Remember we are going until December. If it weren't for your motivation and example I would never have signed on for the 300 minutes per week. But now it's getting easier because my conditioning has finally improved as a result of the 300 minutes. I hope you all keep posting - look forward to hearing from you. Have a great week.0 -
