05/16 - DNW - Was good on food until the afternoon. Ended up having a couple handfuls of peanut m&ms because I was falling asleep standing up and needed a sugar rush until I could get out of work. Had a couple beers with my bf and ended up eating part of a pub pizza before going home to dinner with him and the kids. Oof. I haven't updated my tracking yet to see what kind of damage. Just shy in water (about 64/75oz). Good news, though, is that the Miralax definitely helped sooth me. I'm not so bloated anymore and my intestine area isn't so cramped. Maybe I'll be back to regular soon and see some retention weight fall off. Even water caused issues until yesterday. I forgot what it was like to use the bathroom so often with all this water drinking! Didn't make the dinner I planned but luckily I bought a spare salad kit just in case and I stopped by the house to get that for lunch today so I'm not eating icky out of the vending machine again. Bf is coaching his son's baseball team in their first practice tonight so I'll be home for sure and can make my planned dinner (and lunch leftovers for tomorrow). Plus a weigh in before the weekend to see where I'm at.

05/13 - I didn't sleep well at all last night. Wasn't feeling great so stayed with the boyfriend (and so glad I did, nightmares suck). My stomach hurts like crazy. Worse now that I've eaten (was hoping I was just hungry or had stomach acid buildup but guess not). Gonna be a long day. Only have a protein shake at work so may have to survive on vending machines again. We shall see.
05/14 - Uptick but expected. I feel so bloated, heavy, and full. Took some miralax just in case I have an issue like before (inflamed intestines so food would get stuck and not move through). It kinda feels like it, but not quite to the extent it did before. I have my week planned out through Friday lunch (weekends I'm with the bf so I can't preplan so well. Plus, kids are at his this weekend). Actually got some decent sleep last night. Feeling positive I can come back from this. Need to up water, didn't even hit the 64oz goal. Going for my 75oz today in hopes that also helps my intestines move things along.
05/15 - Woohoo!! Got that drop I was hoping for. I feel really big this morning (not bloated per se, but my belly sure wants to stick out). Hoping its just last night's dinner weighing a little heavy on me. Even on bloated days, I don't feel this big. This meal planning thing is helping so much more than I thought and I'm able to stick to it so far. Only really one day in, but it wasn't so bad cooking last night for just me. I pre-recorded meals for today and as of right now I'm under by about 35 calories. That's not factoring in any activity (I have it set to the lowest possible activity for calories and use my fitbit to help add as needed based on how active I am during the day. Desk job life). But I also have a clif protein bar for this morning between my breakfast and lunch (or if I don't need it, lunch and dinner) to help boost calories above 1200. I have the remainder of this week through Friday lunch planned (stay with bf Friday night-after dinner Sunday) and next week Monday morning-Friday lunch. Only issue is I found out I have training for fire brigade Monday and Tuesday so its company provided lunch. Hopefully the training will leave me active enough to eat it without feeling super hungry. Gotta grab healthy snacks this weekend to take with and focus on.

This is going to be a good round, I can feel it! I'm so close to my next goal and to the 180's. This round, I am starting a brand new exercise plan. I'll be training for a 5K! Finally, I've been wanting to do this for awhile and because of the weight I had gained, it was difficult to run for extended periods of time. I want to run the entire 5K, so I found a conservative plan that takes 16 weeks. Let's do this!

05/13 - 195.0 (A gain that was expected from the huge brunch to celebrate Mother's Day for my MIL and SIL. I tried to compensate with a healthy dinner of chili chicken kabobs, green beans and rice with some homemade pesto. It's the end of my workout break, so I'm going full swing today!)
05/14 - 193.2 (I'm at my last official Friday weigh in already and its barely Tuesday! I started with a 55 minute TurboFire workout last night and boy am I sore this morning! Especially my back and my thighs/calves...Most likely I'm below this weight because of the soreness and TOM is a couple days late so I'm waiting for that to start. I made some delicious chicken and cheese crepes last night. OMG first time making savory crepes and I'm in love!)
05/15 - 193.2 (Stayed the same! TOM still has not showed up and my soreness was worse than yesterday! I'm sure I will be a higher weight from all that water retention. Yesterday I started my 5K training. The plan I found had me just walk for the first week. I did a nice 25 minute walk around my hilly neighborhood and I worked out my calves even more! I made a delicious potato corn chowder with a dinner roll for dinner last night. It was delicious!)
05/16 - 193.4 (Now that TOM has been 5 days late, I'm not concerned!! Hopefully it's because of a new workout plan or maybe stress...I'm holding onto weight and TMI have not had a bowel movement since Monday morning. 05/13 – 246.0 lbs. – I wanted to continue C25K training Week 4 Day 1. I realized I didn’t eat enough to go for the run. Went home cook a good meal and worked out with my hand weights during commercials while watching 911.
05/14 – 246.0 lbs. – I completed C25K Week 4 Day 1. My sinuses threw me for a loop, but I was determined to finish it. It took me a lot longer though. Logged my meals in MFP for the first time in months and I was under calorie goal with the exercise of course. Got home and did 20 burpees, 30 squats, 35 crunches and 30 plank jacks. The burpees were the hardest, but I did all 20 of them.
05/15 – 244.3 lbs. – Now that’s a nice surprise this morning!!! YAY!! The plan for today is to take a walk with 5 lbs. dumbbells. Then, 45 jumping jacks, 15 push-ups, 35 squats and 35 crunches.
05/16 -244.1 lbs. – (Hey, I’ll take that!) The bread from that sub is probably to blame. I packed my lunch today. The walk with the weights was interesting yesterday. Seemed to make me walk faster and get my core involved. I felt a lot of soreness in my side last night. Today’s Workout: C25K Week 4 Day 2. I’m hoping to get through it with the prompts and not have to extend the walk times to recover from the runs. Then, 45 High Knees, 35 sec Plank, 35 Lunges and 15 push-ups.

5/15 172.9 I'm pretty happy with that number considering some of the questionable choices I made while visiting my sick friend. Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers. He is stable but still in critical condition. I drove home yesterday; I had to come to work today. Luckily I have a job that allows me to take 3 unexpected vacation days with no warning or penalty. I think what saved me weight wise is that I walked twice a day. I found a couple of nice trails close to the hospital in case I needed to go back quickly. Sitting for 12 or 14 hours in the hospital would have been too much. I can tell I'm stressed, MS is making my legs tingle and despite sleeping well my body is aching all over. I'm trying to decide if I should walk tonight. Part of me thinks it would make me feel good mentally, part of me thinks my body needs a break.
5/16 171.2 Maybe all that walking made a difference. I don't know. I took off yesterday afternoon. Came home and napped for an hour or two then planted flowers and did everything I could to relax. I am feeling much better today. My friend is still stable which is all we can ask for right now.

Goal: See a 93.xx and walk 10k daily. I have 15 days till next traveling I want to get a heads upon that, and a 92.xx before I go.
05/13-94.9 kg and 9,300 steps. First day in and both starting high and cheating on my step count. Not good, but I also needed to rest after walking like crazy on Saturday. Will try to squeeze a walk in the evening and maybe during the day. The weather is too nice.
05/14-94.6 kg and 12,900 steps. Long evening walk as promised! Yoyo weight also 🙄
05/15-94.9 kg and 16,100 steps. Major walk yesterday and thinking a crazy idea of sign up to a race (Walking. Really aint going to run) next week. Looking at this weight fluctuations makes me pissed.
05/16-94.5 kg and 10,400 steps. Took a lunch walk yesterday. Signed up to the race.
