I still have about a month left of P90X3 but I’ve been looking at the next one I want to try. Has anyone done Piyo? I might do 1 round of 21 day fix and then do Piyo@Fitgirllife72 I don't know what I'm going to do next! This is my first beachbody workout. I'd like to keep improving on my strength but don't have time for another round of 80DO before vacation in July. Any recommendations?

I just started 80 day obsession today! I’m an avid runner but have plateaued on the weight loss so I wanted to add something. Which Beachbody workout gives you the quickest results? Going to the beach in 2 months and would like to lose 10-15 lbs still. Thanks!2

Brute Force Operator Series Alpha 25! “The Kraken”!!! 60#! 874 total reps. Started strong beating last round ‘s numbers, then was struggling to Mach them. Just gonna lay here on the floor now and practice “Alpha try not to die”. If I roll just a little and stretch...I think I can reach the PS4 controller from here...🤔2 -

I realize this post may get overlooked so far down on this post, but here it goes...
I have done Chalean Extreme/Turbofire off and on for years. I have a bad knee so I've stopped TF, but I loved it! I've been looking on the BOD website at all of all the programs/meal plans and am going in circles. I'm not losing weight so I'm looking at all of the meal plans. So, I'm looking for advice/answers on...
*Are PIYO and Chalean Extreme too similar? Meaning should I alternate those or pick one?
*Which meal plan is best for weight loss?
*If I did any of these hybrids, am I overlapping? Do you recommend any other hybrids?

“Brute Force Operator Series Alpha 2!” 60#!! Still a b!tch! LOL! I took about a 25 minute rest after MAX:30 today. Was the only way I’d have made it. Took that last set right to the end...though I didn’t have to break up any sets today. Gonna feel this for the rest of the day.1 -
