Any other woman eat 2000 calories?

So I’m fairly tall, 5’8. I’m also pretty active I wear a Fitbit. I’m trying to lose a pound a week. & my calories range from 1800-2200 calories depending on my activity level that day.
But it’s just a lot lol compared to your typical 1200 you hear about!
Just looking for some other ladies who eat that much and still lose weight!

I do! I'm also quite tall (6'1'') and I have 2000 calories a day before exercise. I've been losing consistently around 2 lbs. a week for the last five months.

Not as tall as you. Not very active. I lose around half a pound a week at 2000 calories.

I'm average height, but I'm fat enough to lose a pound a week on 2000 calories on active days.

I'm a shorty but breastfeeding and active, if I manage to stick to 2000 I lose 1kg per week.

I would lose on 2000 a day. I'm 5'6 and fairly active. Currently on 2600 trying to gain (bulking).

I'm somewhere in that range. I'm 5'8 and have an MFP goal of 1500 but typically burn over 3000 a day so I eat closer to 2000. Really anywhere from 1600-2400 depending on how I'm feeling that day.

    I'm 5'2 (almost 40) and am maintaining/slowly losing at 2000. I'm probably "very"ish active. I love food.

I'm mostly in maintenance now, but will lose slowly at 1850 net (around 2000-2200 gross most days depending on exercise) at 5'5", 130s lbs, age 63, mostly sedentary outside of exercise.

I average around 2500 calories - a little less during the week and more over the weekend.

Although I'm in my 40's and have sedentary life outside of exercise, I'm active daily and maintaining.

I'm often 2000+. My TDEE is 2100-2200, and I'm usually around that. Happy to have friends who eat around that! Even when I'm aiming to lose I rarely eat less than 1600-1700. I'm 6 ft tall and pretty active.

I’m 5’ 4”, aged 25 and moderately active so I walk 10000 steps a day plus exercise 5 times a week and eat 2000 calories. I have two yoga days where I eat 1400 calories. On average that’s 1828. If im walking less then it’s 1800 calories on normal exercise days. I love food. If I’m not exercising due to unforeseen reasons then I have to eat 1400 calories everyday and I’m miserable but I try and make it work. I love exercise too so I’m lucky!

I usually eat 1700 average to lose, but maintenance is 2000 to 2300.

I vary a lot. Yesterday I walked 30,000 steps and ate 2400 calories then I have days where I eat 1500... all depends. I’m also kind of tall at 170 cm

I am 5’7” and moderately active. I eat 1800 to maintain when I am sedentary-low activity and add in a bit more when very active. I could probably eat a tiny bit more (100-200cal/day) if my hypothyroid was properly treated

That's a good amount for you, given that you are tall and active.
I'm short (5'0) and sedentary, so for me, 2000 would be a lot. For someone like me, 1450/day is fine, but for someone like you, 1450/day would be unnecessary, much less 1200.

It really all just depends on the individual in question!

I am a 47-year-old female. I hover between 42-43 kgs and am 4'11. I eat between 2100-2200 to maintain but I do average around 20,000 steps a day. I would lose really slowly on 2000 calories a day.

I eat almost 1800 calories, and I am down 15.6 in 25 days. However, I am doing Keto (LCHF) along with cardio, body weight exercises, and lifting weights (Bowflex). I also have a Fitbit and use that with MyFitnessPal. Some days my calories consumption is less because I do intermittent fasting (IF). All that said, I am 5' 7", and I still have 113 lbs to lose.

I am just under 5'3" and was eating 2500 calories for maintenance before my cut. I lifted heavy regularly though. Put your calories to good use and you can eat more

I am 5'7 135 and I eat about 2400 calories and am maintaining. I get around 12,000 steps outside of my workouts. I usually workout 4 days a week for an hour and do an active walk on the other day. Previously I was eating around 2,000-2,200 and was always exhausted and I just couldnt keep up with my lifestyle. 2,400 seems to be my magic number :)

Gross in my case. I maintain on 2000 on days I'm very inactive.
