    I'm back for another round! My weigh-in days will be on Wednesday and I am hoping to be under 145 by the end of May. We will see how it goes though, I have a lot of traveling and events going on this month!

    May 1: - 147.3 nice drop for the first day of the month. I'll take it!
    May 8: - 147.9 still no 146!
    May 15: - 148.0 Just hanging on. So many graduation parties!
    May 22: - 147.5 uuuggghhh!!! I don't see me making my goal this month. This decade has been rough so far!
    May 29: - 151.9 Just got back form vacation! I'm hoping to get back to where I was by Friday

    May total loss: 1.7lbs, not quite what I was hoping for but being so close to goal it’s not too bad. Also TOM is near and I have some water retention going on.

    Forward progress even if it's not quite getting to the goal. I'm hopeful that I may get juuuuust under 140 in the next 2 days. I saw it one or two days but I've been pretty bloated the last few days.

    May 08: 193.8 Cruising right along. Working hard at this. Night time is toughest but I’m managing my way through it. Funny how the strong times will disappear & reappear without warning. My Birthday Coming up on the 10th. Mother’s Day on the 12th. Lord, give me strength! I just want temporary celebrations to stay temporary & my healthy controlled lifestyle to shine through!
    May 15: 192.6 Trying to stay on a downward trend. The flu helped. Now that I’m feeling better, it’s all on me again!

    May 29: 194.6 No change which is good after a Holiday. 2 more days to do better. I won’t make goal but I need to keep on keepin’ on!

    May 8: 178.5 (Switched shifts night to day for a bit, schedule wrecked havoc on my routine. Impressed I came about to the same.)
    May 15:171.7 Think I was really dehydrated after about 20 miles in two days, so this weight loss might be artificially high. (It was +2 the following day)
    May 22:170.4
    May 29: 165.9 (Expecting a few pounds back tomorrow since I lost 3 pounds of likely water weight in 24 hours)

    May weight loss: 13.7 pounds. Time to start slowing this loss down. Top end of healthy weight for my height is within a stones throw at this point.

    Made my May goal weight! Forgot to post yesterday, so adding weight for today as made my goal Tues, but then went up Wed and now back down today :-) After the plateau at the beginning of the month happy to see the consistent weekly losses.

    May goal wt: 146.8 (lose 5 lbs)

    May 1: 151.8
    May 8: 151.8 (stuck around 151-153)
    May 15: 149.6 (3.2 loss)
    May 22: 147.8 (1.8 loss)
    May 30: 145.8 (2 loss)

    Change to date since Feb 4: -31.3 lbs
    LTG: 110 lbs, 35.8 to go! Almost to half-way point; should be able to celebrate that next month!

    Weighed again today since it’s the last day of the month. Made my goal!

    Weight on last day of April - 145.3
    Goal by end of May - 141.3 Seems reasonable to lose 4 lbs in a month

    5/1 - 145.1
    5/8 - 144.0
    5/15 - 143.7
    5/22 - 142.4
    5/29 - 141.8
    5/31 - 140.9. TOM bloating left (was still there on 5/29) so hopefully this is my true weight

    I had a feeling I was going to bounce back up a bit. I have done some kind of workout every day, even easy stuff on rest days. Diet could be a bit better but I wasnt that bad.     I'll take this challenge.... Started a day late but I don't think one day will hurt me.

    April 2018 weight was 246lbs, my goal was always been 180 lbs. I've slipped some in the winter months, now I'm geared up to knock this out.

    1st week. Extremely low carb /IF for the first week. The first 10lbs is always ez for me after a long layoff. The 3rd and 4th week will be tough. We'll see.

    Update: I got called out on an emergency job in Phoenix Arizona, hope to be back by May 22.

    Well the May Challenge kicked my butt or should I say ribs. On my last update, I said I got called to Phoenix for a few days on a emergency job. And while on that job I took a fall and cracked a rib or two. So I've been nursing my ribs ever since, I'm just now getting to where a sneeze doesn't hurt. I've gained some weight back since I've been down and unable to work or exercise. So I'm totally bummed about it. But I'm going to take June off and recuperate, so I can try again in July.

    Congratulations to all the weight lost members, and the ones that didn't lose anything, don't give up. I'm not. 👍👍

    Last day of the month, so updating weight from yesterday. Almost made my May goal weight; the plateau at the beginning of the month did not help :-(. Next month will be challenging with two week long trips and no gym classes, but hope to reach my half-way point to goal weight next month.
