Hi All!!
I would LOVE to have motivational support! Or even a place to go when that awful sugar crave takes over my world! My man can eat anything - has a speedy metabolism and very physical job = no weight gain. Me? I look at a cookie and gain weight! Plus I’m a chef so am constantly surrounded by yummy foods. But am also the manager so am sitting in front of a computer most working hours.
So can I join? Will someone virtually kick my butt? I’m 48 and 5’9”.

Hi there, I’m wondering is it too late to join? I’m 45 and was only asking my husband tonight to support me (h can eat all he wishes to eat) so I can shift a bit and stay on the wagon. I largely eat well just snack and eat too much for my height/metabolism, also stress binge and hormonal eating. All this I just need to learn to control. Love the idea of supporting and empowering each other. I’m only 5f1in so cant carry much weight.

I’d love to join! This is the first time I’ve ever really dieted...I’ve been doing Advocare program with a 1200 calorie plan, but I’ve been feeling depleted and frustrated that every (small) cheat literally gains me a lb. So I’m thinking of doing a week of IF to give myself a little break.

Me and James are about to head to our second day of 30 days at the gym! We're currently on a vegan diet along with calorie counting and ive started drinking protein drinks for breakfast too try to correct my protein deficiency.1

How you do this is in the MFP app: go to community, then when that opens up, tap the little icon in the top left corner and click on groups. Our amazing group can be found there! I’m in I would like to keep to my caloric goals all month and track every day. I would like to also limit my alcohol intake to my days off. I already work out 2-3 times a week but I would like to make an effort to do something active daily even if I do work a 13-16 hour day. Please add me on here and i will try to comment on anything I see on the feed every day.0
