I'm 35 and from Lancashire, U.K. I am 5’5”
R79 Goal: get back on track. I have lost around 40.5lb so far, but have been maintaining for the last year. I need to get back on it and lose the last pounds.

04/06 - stuck to my calories of under 1300, the hunger isn’t starting to get real now, but I have to remind myself that it’s just adjusting and I’ll feel okay again in a couple of days. I’ve also come down with the lurgy, have a banging headache and sore throat, only got about 2 hours of sleep, so I’m going to have to be mindful of that today. Hoping to keep seeing a downward trend.12 -
This is my first round (new to MFP too). I like the idea of a 10 day goal. It's long enough that I can accomplish something measurable, but not so long that I will be lolled into complacency because "there's still lots of time to get caught up".67 y.o. female 5'2" (shrunk from 5'3")

- loss came from illness + Rx adjustments + trying to get glucose & BP under control via healthier eating (no organized plan, just eat more good stuff and less bad stuff)
Started to fall into old habits, so time to get serious about getting healthy:
05/30 - started Dr Joel Fuhrman's "Lose 10 pounds in 20 days Detox Program"
06/02 - started a light/moderate exercise program - geared to people that are badly out of shape or have mobility problems

I am 52 y/o 5’1.5” from PA, and need to get my focus again, I struggled with round 78 and ended with a small gain. I have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goal of 110lbs. Weight loss is harder as you get older but not impossible. It definitely is a life time change and it tends to slow down quicker, and every day is a struggle. R79 Goal: I'm on holiday for 3 days during this round and my goal is to stay in control, make good choices where possible and not over indulge - snacking is my weak point!
My overall aim for the whole month of June is to train consistently - with that should come the weight / inch loss.
Also... 10K steps a day and more water!

Over the moon! I usually weigh in at 6.30am but was camping last night so weighing in 4 hours late so this result is even better! I didn't touch a drop of alcohol last night and kept my calories in check, it has absolutely paid off!

A bit disappointed to have gained because I was under my calorie goal yesterday, however we went out for dinner. I opted for naked gammon steaks so assuming sodium was high? Plus I didn't get my step goal yesterday. Ho hum, we march on! My 2 yo has impetigo and can't go to nursery so having an unscheduled day off. The weather in Glasgow, UK, is very wet and windy but I'm still going to go for a walk with the wee one and squeeze a workout in when he is napping.

Happy with yesterday all round - food was good and filling meaning less snacking, I managed to get to the gym for a push session AND got my steps in, water was unusually good as well. Consistency is starting to pay off.

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? I really think this downward trend is too good to be true. Maybe it's because I haven't been so focused for a while and it's paying off. Good day all round yesterday with being well under my calorie goal without feeling deprived - made a new recipe for Chicken Stuffed Zucchini Boats and it was so tasty! Good exercise day yesterday, getting my steps in and a Functional HIIT class. Today's exercise is my new Pull programme the gym instructor created for me last week

You may have noticed I'm missing; I have been weighing and recording this, but, my elderly aunt that I am next of kin to & attorney for had a fall at the weekend and broke her ankle. Not only that her heart stopped 4 times over the weekend, she is 90 and very poorly, but also a tough and stuborn old boot !! So I am practically living at the hospital, just going home for a meal and later to sleep - unless they call me back. So I have not been posting because i keep the document on my laptop & cut and paste. She is sleeping now and I do catch up on all your posts at these times. Keep your momentum and resolve going folks, I'll get back to posting as normal when I can xx13

06/02: 188.4 - Had an awful migraine for nearly 24hrs. Weight was down, but I also didn’t eat dinner, so not sure how accurate that is. 🤕
06/03: 190.0 - Feeling better today, thankfully. The bump back up is not unexpected. 📈
06/04: 190.4 - Not concerned, but don’t want to get complacent so lighter meals are planned through the weekend. 🍲
06/05: 189.8 - Lots to do today & tomorrow, but none of it terribly active. Grabbed fruit yesterday so that if I start stress-eating at least it won’t do too much damage 🍇

Just over 8 weeks till my holiday and would love to see 133lb .... So need to average 1lb a week which is definitely do-able (6 rounds including this one so 1.5lb per round).

6/2 -140.2. Shocked it didn’t go up as I took a day off completely from tracking. Even ate fast food for dinner. Guess it could show on the scale tomorrow, will see. Happy right now!
6/3 - 140.4. Wins yesterday: 2 workouts (just happened I met two different friends for active activities on the same day), but I did not track food and I don’t think I drank enough water. Back to tracking today with that goal of seeing the 130’s on a regular basis.
6/4 - 140.4. Holding steady. Time to tighten up that tracking and get myself in those 130's. Wins yesterday: 5 mile run, 3 mile walk. Ate out for lunch so a little heavier meal, but tried to balance that with a lighter dinner.
6/5 - 140.2. Wins yesterday: HIIT class and 3 mile walk. Didn’t eat great (hello, Oreo thin mints) but stayed in a deficit. Stuck in the low 140’s, need to avoid those Oreos today.

06/02 - 273.5 I have really been stuck for awhile and need to get this thing moving. The weekends are always a step back for me.
06/03 273.4 Looking forward to a good week and making some progress. So looking forward to saying adios to the 70's forever.
06/04 272.2 down a bit , was a slim day of eating yesterday.
06/05 272.8 some positive takeaways, im not having huge wt fluctuations day to day. Im trying to work through bad leg pain and hoping to get more active if it improves.

6/2 – 172.0 – Spent the day cleaning out the shed. Not going to lie, sore today but so pleased this task is completed!
6/3 – 171.8 – The day did not go as planned and I was not very careful with my food choices. Today I will choose to be more diligent.
6/4 – 171.2 – Glad to see a little movement down this round. Yay! Did 17,500 steps yesterday by cleaning out the house again. I think I have a few more days of sorting then packing up the rest. I am thankful for the built in workout! LOL
6/5 – 172.8 – Emotional day all around. Led to eating too much food that my body does not need. I am disappointed, however at this point I just need to face the reality and today make a better choice.
