06/12 – 142.5 – Nice way to start the round!
06/13 – 141 – I haven’t seen this number for a couple months.
06/14 – 141 – It has been several months since I took my measurements, so I took them yesterday. I’m within a couple pounds of my weight last time I took them so I wasn’t expecting any real losses. I was surprised to see that I’m down a half inch on my waist and thighs, a quarter inch on my hips, and (of course) an inch on my bust. I don’t really do much exercising, other than to get at least 5000 steps a day and following @deepwoodslady lead, I’ve been dancing while doing work around the house. When I was in weight loss mode, the measurements are what kept me going when the scale wasn’t moving, but I am surprised to see how my body continues to re-composition itself while I’m eating at maintenance.

This is my 4th consecutive round, My goal this round is to say good bye to the 70's forever. I have no desire to ever see that number on a scale again.

06/13 269.0 ohhhhh myyyyyyyyyyy sixties finally, wow gotta buckle down to keep that 70 away. Weekends are my weakness, actually if I can stay even from sat am thru mon am I will call it a win.

Lot going on this round - daughters 16th birthday, cheer competition in Brighton this weekend, Fathers Day and youngest away all next week on her school residential so my other daughter wants to have a shopping and lunch out day so going to have to be super-focused this round to stay on track to meet my holiday goal. A Friday finish to the round is good though!!
5 rounds to go and aiming to lose a further 6lbs....... So looking to finish this round at 138lb - an overall loss of 1.1lb....

R80 Start Weight - 139.1lb

06/12 - 138.7lb (-0.4lb) Happy with that to start with. Off work today as youngest has her district sports inter schools athletic competition to go and watch and its also my other Daughters 16th birthday today so need to avoid the cake and treats and choose sensibly when we go out for dinner tonight. Feeling focused .......

06/13 - 140.9lb (+2.2lb) Had lunch out yesterday (egg, chorizo and veggies on toast) and Nando's (no starter, chips or dessert) last night with a small glass or red wine last night for my daughters birthday. Other than water (probably not enough), tea and coffee, nothing else passed my lips all day and I was within calories for the day (as best as I could estimate my lunch at least).
So I know this 2.2lb isn't a gain as I would have to have overeaten by 7,000+ calories and I know it will be back off very quickly but just goes to show how much weight can fluctuate by day to day for no real reason just based on macros and I guess salt.
Not concerned - albeit still frustrated as back over that 140 again - but still sure I'll reach my round target.
Off to drink my water.....

06/14 - 139.6lb (-1.3lb) As expected but still a bit more to go to get back to Wednesdays weight so hopeful it will be gone by tomorrow. So much going on at the minute seem to be on the see-saw again - overall trend still seems to be down though which I guess is what counts. Normal day today so should all be good for tomorrows weigh in which will be early as heading off for a cheer competition so an early start, a long day, a late night and 5-6 hours in the car so wont be an easy day.........

I had a great day yesterday - calories & macros on target, a 5-mile walk, some gardening. Hoping for more of the same today.

Busy morning - we had 4 beautiful trees planted and some other yard work done, then went out for pho. I had a vegetarian bun tofu plus a spring roll, so not too badly off track.

Soduim from the Vietnamese lunch yesterday. OK, and a few extra calories later in the day. And not much exercise, as I was home for the tree delivery in the morning and it rained all afternoon. But it's bright and sunny today and I plan to take a nice long walk and do some gardening. Have a lovely weekend, all!

06/12: 162.6 Another day at this low. It's supposed to be absolutely gorgeous today. Hoping to get in a walk between my last work visit and kids coming home from school. Stanley Cup game 7 tonight. Go Bruins!

06/13: 162.0 I was able to get in a 5 mile walk yesterday. Not sure this is an accurate weight. I had some drinks last night and snacked a little. I expect I will see it tomorrow on the scale. We will see.

06/14: 163.8 yep. As expected. Damage control today. Water, water, water... A walk if I can swing it but work might keep me busy all day.

Round 9 already? This is the most consistent I've ever been with checking-in and I love seeing my weight loss trends and seeing everyone's successes and insights as they figure out their own. 💙

This round will take me to summer vacation and I AM READY! I'll be tracking at least 10,000 steps a day, going to the gym and working out at home more, and aiming for at least 45 oz of water a day. I would like to see two pounds less on the scale by the end of the challenge.

06/12 180.4 lb I tracked 14,096 steps, had 40 oz of water, and burned 300 calories on the elliptical at the gym. I baked some oatmeal chocolate chip cookies last night and froze half of the batch so there wouldn't be as many cookies lingering around the kitchen. My fiance had three, which means he really liked them. He's a quiet guy and can be unenthusiastic about food, so when he goes back for seconds, that's when I know he's liked whatever I've prepared. I'm planning on working out at home this afternoon and I'll either be playing pub trivia with my family or watching the Stanley Cup Final if they choose to cancel trivia night.
06/13 179.2 lb 11,101 steps were tracked, I had 40 oz of water, and did a workout at home. It's nice to see a drop after five days of being the same weight. I don't think the weather will allow me to give the dog a substantial walk, but I'll be going to the gym after work today. I'm cooking taco empanadas for dinner and I picked up a new board game called Azul that I'm hoping to try out tonight with the fiance.
06/14 180.4 lb I lost my Fitbit! I hopeful it's sitting in the couch or stuck in my bed, but when I went to check my steps this morning, I noticed my wristband was empty! I know I at least got 10,000 steps because it did its buzzy dance to alert me yesterday. Oh well. I burned 300 calories at the gym, drank 42 oz of water, and limited myself to one drink during our board game. I'll be working out at home this evening and I'm pretty sure we're ordering in pizza for dinner. I'm anticipating a gain this weekend with my TOM on the horizon and Father's Day this Sunday, so I'll keep on top of my water consumption and make sure the dog is getting long walks to help ease the damage.

06/12 - 139.6 lbs: no scale movement from yesterday. That's ok, the scale moved a lot last week and I knew it wouldn't last. Yesterday I ate pretty well, way too many eggs though and I'm switching out the Gatorade for Pedialite from now on (only used when I work out in the sun for a couple hours). Also took my measurements yesterday. Figured I'd track the inches since the scale isn't always kind.
06/13 - 138.8 lbs
06/14 - 138.6 lbs: played 6 hours of pickleball yesterday and was totally exhausted but not really hungry after all that time in the sun. Only slept 4 hours, not for lack of trying, and thought the scale would go up because of it. Might need a nap today.

06/12 324.6 I’m hopeful that the downward trend continues.

06/13 324.4 Still going down and it flashed 323.8 for a second, so maybe it’s telling me that tomorrow will bring another new low. I’m hopeful of seeing a 60 pound loss this round or early next.

06/12 146.0 I didn’t exercise yesterday (first time in three weeks) and I also didn’t gain so shows that I can (and probably should) take rest days since I feel more energized now. This week is my TOM and I’m going to start tracking. I used to put it in my notes section of MFP but I can’t find that so easier to track old fashioned style to see how much I do and don’t gain
06/13 145.8 It is nice to see a new number. I managed to do 35 minutes yesterday at the gym, which I usually avoid completely for 2-3 days on my period. Today is really busy so I’m going to try to get the deficit on food alone.
06/14 145.4 yesterday was not an ideal diet day. I didn’t eat much, but drank more than usual. My nba team lost and it was a nail biter and an aperol spritz excessive game! Back to water and actual food today.

06/12--207.2 Had a great day yesterday... felt in control with my eating. PT today.
06/13--207.4 Went to PT yesterday and he gave me the ok to do my normal weightlifting!!! I haven't talked to him about running, but when I go see him tomorrow I will ask.
06/14--206.3 The loss today is a reflection of me getting my head back in the game. Last round I wasn't as focused and the scale showed a temporary increase, but now that I'm more in control of my eating and I'm back to exercising more the water weight is almost gone and I'm heading back in the right direction. PT today and working out.

I am a 50 year old 5'5" woman. I am trying to get healthier to avoid diabetes and all of the problems that come from being overweight.

I have found this challenge to be both rewarding and frustrating! Looking at my weight daily has been a real eye opener to see all of the fluctuations and how a high carb day will affect me and the loss for 2-3 days after. I have been participating in this challenge since Round 40.

June 12 - 178.2 - Starting back on this round after completely missing the last 10 days. Weight is up a bit due to lack of exercise and having too many snacky type events happening. Hopefully will get it down another 3 or 4 pounds by end of June.

June 13 - 177.6 - Better day yesterday than I've had for a while. I need to keep it up.

June 14 - 177.2 - Another good day yesterday. I'm a bit worried about today because I'm going to have company all day.
