It depends on whether you're in the Valley or in the mountains. It starts snowing in the Valley November (think white Christmas every year) and ends in March/April. In the mountains the weather can get crazy. Expect snow to start in September but to actually stick starting in October. It will end in April/May but snow in the mountains in June happens every few years. Keep in mind the mountains are 8,000 to 12,000 thousand feet and the valley is 3,000 feet. Huge weather difference between the valley and the mountains.

Stopped to help a guy with a flat tire on my way to work. Really had to hoof it to get to work on time after that.

Took a module class this week, that is a 3-credit class that would normally be spread over 16 weeks. Great class, but dang I'm tired.

Way to go Jennifer. It's hard to get back at things after what you are going through. Hope it helps with the stress.

I had something of a "come-to-Jesus" moment about my weight a few days ago, and I realized it's really, really time to get back to it.

I've got a lot of stuff going on at home and I can see my weight creeping up but I seem to be powerless to stop it. I'm stress eating like crazy. I still ride my bike. I put in 100 miles last week. That still doesn't counter what I'm shoving in my mouth. :frowning:

Amen Bethanie. When I'm tired, carbs are my woobie blanket.

Between hail storms and daughter meltdowns, sleep was elusive. It's going to be a long night filled with carbs and caffeine.

Carbs and caffeine sound awesome, tbh.
