Did you have some hardcore fitness routine or you did it on your own did you join the gym plz share some details dite and exercise wise if you can.

I started in January this year and I'm still going - not there yet. I have another 10kg to lose before I get to goal weight, although I'm intending to reassess after I lose the next 5kg to see how I feel and if I want to adjust my goal. I'm five feet tall so it's easy for me to be chubby :P
Also ... before anyone says anything (as I've had comments before - I know it's been a pretty steady rate of weight loss. I'm definitely not starving myself. I make sure I eat enough - and also eat plenty of sweets and yummy things so I don't feel deprived - I manage to keep the calorie deficit by doing a lot of exercise (elliptical, walking, Just Dance and zumba). As I've approached goal weight, I've also been decreasing my deficit and eating more.19 -
I've been in maintenance for near enough 2 years now after losing 140lb. In that time I recomped for a year and then started running bulk and cut cycles as that worked well with my training for longer distance running races. I've lost inches off my boobs, waist and hips, but my shoulders have definitely broadened (and I have visible pecs). I think I look taller now (possibly because of the work my PT has done helping me improve my posture during running and every day life) and until I saw this photo I didn't realise that neck muscles were an actual thing in women.

I have 38lb still to go but i am 65lb down! I had my first baby via c section in August so it took some time to get back to full fitness but slowly and surely I’m getting there

Photos on the left are from March 14 (317lbs) photos on the right are from June 17 (284 lbs). I am still a work in progress but I am going in the right direction.
Heaviest weight: 360
Starting Weight 2019: 324
Current Weight: 284
Goal Weight: 180

Still a work in progress with both diet and weight training, but I've put a massive dent towards my ultimate goal weight. -71 pounds as of today. To think, this time last year I was so depressed, I didn't care if I lived or not! Hopefully it inspires someone out there. If I can do it, you CAN do it!

I hit goal weight this weekend. I'm five feet tall so was carrying around a lot of extra weight for my height.
I had given away most of my "before" clothes because nothing fits anymore, but for some reason I still had the same shirt I wore in my before photo, so I took a photo in that this weekend.

3 months progress. I will go down to around 155 and then go back to maintenance or possibly a small surplus and continue lifting. Even though it's not a huge amount of weight gone, I feel so much better.
Is this an excel spreadsheet? Would you mind sharing a link to a blank version of this? It looks really useful!5 -
