Still a work in progress with both diet and weight training, but I've put a massive dent towards my ultimate goal weight. -71 pounds as of today. To think, this time last year I was so depressed, I didn't care if I lived or not! Hopefully it inspires someone out there. If I can do it, you CAN do it!
I hit goal weight this weekend. I'm five feet tall so was carrying around a lot of extra weight for my height.
I had given away most of my "before" clothes because nothing fits anymore, but for some reason I still had the same shirt I wore in my before photo, so I took a photo in that this weekend.

3 months progress. I will go down to around 155 and then go back to maintenance or possibly a small surplus and continue lifting. Even though it's not a huge amount of weight gone, I feel so much better.
Is this an excel spreadsheet? Would you mind sharing a link to a blank version of this? It looks really useful!
