Hi Everyone, how is it going? I’ve worked out 11 out 12 days. I don’t always have time to go to the gym, but I have been doing on demand workouts on TV, which is a great 30 min workout before work!

Hellooo everyone. I was stopping by to apologise for being MIA. I have been away! But it looks like @iliciag7781 has been holding down the thread alone! 🙈
So, I've done over 30 minutes activity every day since I last checked in here. However, last Friday it was so disjointed from travelling, rather than a proper exercise session, so I'm not counting it! So that's 29/30.
On Wednesday, I think I underestimated (20 minutes) how much active time I got, because I actually walked further than I did on Thursday when I did get over 30 minutes of walking in. It would be so much easier if my tracker synced with MFP. I clocked over an hour of active time on Wednesday, I was just trying to work out how much was consistent effort enough to meet my criteria for the challenge.
Anyway, well done @iliciag7781 for continuing to check in! You're rocking it!
