Not doing too bad. Got a lot to lose so expected it to drop fast at the beginning. After this I will probably go back to weighing once a week as gains after a good day are very disheartening.
I've lost 5.4kg so far which is about 12lb.1 -

May 31 - 10st 4lb. Seem to have lost my motivation to make good food choices and not be distracted by things I don't really need to eat! Let's see if I can make myself more accountable this month! Went for aquarobics and swam a few lengths at the local pool.
June 01 โ 10st 4lb (0). Iโm ok with that. Did some walking during the day, but ate out for lunch (pizza) and had bread, dips and wine for dinner. Possibly not the best food choices,
June 02 โ 10st7lb!!!! (+3) Hey! Hang on, that wasnโt supposed to happen! Did lot of walking today and had salad and water for lunch. Had a couple of slices of bread and dips with a gin and tonic for dinner. Although, Iโve done quite a bit of exercise today, Iโm sure Iโve eaten into my exercise calories!
June 03 โ 10st 7.75lb!!!! (+3.75) Iโm so going to have to eat better this week โ weekends are definitely my downfall!
June 04 โ 10st 6.1lb (+2.1) โ much better today! I made sure I didnโt make silly food choices yesterday and worked hard at body combat. Iโve also made sure Iโve tracked today and Iโm happy that I didnโt go for biscuits and sandwiches in between meals.
June 05 โ 10st 4.2lb (+0.2) โ that feels better!
June 06 โ 10st 4.2lb (+0.2) โ no change
June 07 โ 10st 5.5lb (+1.5) โ slightly up, but I did eat out last night so not a surprise!

June 13 โ 10st 3.6lb (-0.4) โ OK not a big loss compared to others, but at least itโs in the right direction for a change. Did a body combat session last night and it was really good. Felt I had worked pretty hard! Just got to plan my weekend so my efforts during the week arenโt ruined!
June 14 โ 10st 4.5 (+0.5) - ate out last night, but didnโt go for a glass of wine โ as I normally would. Iโm ok with the increaseโฆjust got to eat carefully today!

June 16 โ 10st 4.6 (+0.6) โ not bad for a weekend โ usually Iโm up a lot more! Did have a glass of wine last night, but was mindful of what I was eating.

June 18 โ 10st 4.9lb (+0.9) โ didnโt get to the body combat last night, as I was stuck in traffic and got home an hour later than normal!! Went for a walk instead, which was ok. However, I have eaten two pieces of cake today which wasnโt the best choice!!!

June 20 โ 10st 4.1lb (+0.1) โ better than up, but disappointing! Managed to get to combat last night which was so much better
June 21 โ 10st 4.1lb - ate out last night, but looks like I havenโt done too much damage, need to eat better today.
June 22 โ 10 st 2.6lb (-1.4) โ yay! This does make a change!!!! I wonder if I can keep this loss?!??!? NSV โ lots of cake and biscuits at work yesterday and I didnโt have any! Go me!
June 23 โ 10 st2.5lb (-1.5) โ yay! Swam 50 lengths today and had a decent lunch before having afternoon tea.
June 24 โ 10st 3.2lb (-0.8)โ obviously I canโt slightly turn away from tracking to have just one tea cake (with butter!). Eaten better today and went to body combat tonight, so letโs hope I can finish this month lower that 10st 4lb!

Does anyone else get sharp spikes of gains and losses?
Yesterday I expected a few pounds on which happened (slightly more than I expected/felt I deserved) and today I've dropped that 4lb spike and a little more. Mid month I gained 10lb in 4 days of junk food which also came off easily. Its is obviously great, but surely not healthy to bounce up and down so dramatically and so quickly?!
I've added a screenshot of my progress chart so you can see the drama gains and losses lol

June 21: 189.4 So I'm back to where I was, 20 days ago. I ate with gusto during my eating period, stopped at 7. Was pretty hungry around 11 but didnt give in!

June 25: 190 Having a heck of a time, especially on the weekends/days off, sticking to no snacking in the evening. I think because I sleep in late and don't eat at the proper times. Anyone have any advice for curbing evening snacking?0 -
