    depends who I am with .. if its just me and the dog like almost always... A Tshirt and Panties (he sleeps under the covers, I dont want him all up in my junk in the middle of the night.)
    When I am with someone, it depends if we just had "fun"... if we did, then nekkid with cuddles.

    It's the temperature regulation effect, both feet in means you feel hot, outside too cold! Also half my face covered but not my mouth so I can breathe 😁

    Always naked unless there is a reason to wear something.

    Main reasons are if it is cold where I am sleeping or if I am sleeping in a room with others in it.

    I wear a Belle Beat that tracks how well I sleep so now i sleep with a shirt on. In the winter though it's full on flannel or fleece under a pile of covers.
