My goal is to stay under 1600 calories, allowing for a big meal, a movie night, an event, etc.
Started Saturday, 6/15 -
6/15 Day 1 under - 1600 calories [1187]
6/16 Day 2 under - 1600 calories [1299]
6/17 Day 3 under - 1600 calories [1181]
6/18 Day 4 under - 1600 calories [1201]
6/19 Day 5 under - 1600 calories [1345]
6/20 Day 6 under - 1600 calories [1196]
6/21 Day 7 under - 1600 calories [1200]
6/22 Day 8 1607 calories - I'm good with this.
As I had a night snack after dinner, but I was able to stay in control, because I knew I had a limit! Phew! This challenge is awesome! Thanks!!

I was not able to control the salt /bread craving. All failed to use self-talk and my strategies. I just caved. TOM. I was prepared with chocolate treats, but not salt. ugh. It's a new day!! Back on the horse. I can do this.

Probably to be found by a child since they seem to have coin finding skills adults have lost. This is roughly equivalent to the cost of Weight Watchers meetings.0

Thanks for asking. I do exercise daily (most days.) And I agree, on the days that it's TOM or mid-TOM, I need to allow myself a tad bit more throughout the day. I think that's what I learned this past week. That I CAN do several days in a row of being super-strict throughout the day and be okay at night. But on those TOM days, I need more calories throughout the day. And a decent sized dinner. Then I won't feel deprived and should be able to have the strength to not night-binge. I appreciate your support and offer of help. Making me think about it!!0 -

Thanks @hixa30! I lost 75lbs since Jan 2016, and have maintained under 155 since Thanksgiving 2017. I’d like to get comfortably below 153 (so probably 150), but my doctor is happy with 154-155.
I get pretty hungry when I get closer to 153.
Been hard to burn calories with illness & no exercise since mid-June. Pleased that so far, I’ve remained in maintenance.
So to answer your question 3-5 lbs depending on the day’s weigh-in!1 -

Are you in the UAC group? Many in there are losing & many maintaining!
My first GW was 169 - hit that May 2018
Second was 155 - hit that Nov 2018
Next was 150, I got to 150.X but was hungry all the time, so revised to 153 - hit that 10 weeks ago, April 25.
It’s all trade-offs:
Leanness vs. Not being hungry
Muscles vs. Lower wt
Etc.
We’ll both figure it out.
