My goal is to stay under 1600 calories, allowing for a big meal, a movie night, an event, etc.
Started Saturday, 6/15 -
6/15 Day 1 under - 1600 calories [1187]
6/16 Day 2 under - 1600 calories [1299]
6/17 Day 3 under - 1600 calories [1181]
6/18 Day 4 under - 1600 calories [1201]
6/19 Day 5 under - 1600 calories [1345]
6/20 Day 6 under - 1600 calories [1196]

6/22 Day 8 1607 calories - I'm good with this.
As I had a night snack after dinner, but I was able to stay in control, because I knew I had a limit! Phew! This challenge is awesome! Thanks!!

I was not able to control the salt /bread craving. All failed to use self-talk and my strategies. I just caved. TOM. I was prepared with chocolate treats, but not salt. ugh. It's a new day!! Back on the horse. I can do this.

7/17 I did! Bought groceries, cooked a delicious dinner 420 cals - huge plate golf food lol walked 58 mins! Walking makes all the difference for me!
Cravings DID disappear. Must remember it’s really hard for me Days 1 & 2, then much easier Day 3 on!
1 more pound to lose to get to scream weight. Not giving up.
