Day 5: Sun 1765 (and -217) for exercise. Just a note, I'm not sure if I should be counting exercise as bonus. I'm currently not so I'm at a 562 deficit today instead of what would normally be 315 without exercise.
Do any of you guys factor extra calories burned into your limit?1 -
Well I made it to 56 days. Restarting at zero tomorrow.2

As I had a night snack after dinner, but I was able to stay in control, because I knew I had a limit! Phew! This challenge is awesome! Thanks!!

I was not able to control the salt /bread craving. All failed to use self-talk and my strategies. I just caved. TOM. I was prepared with chocolate treats, but not salt. ugh. It's a new day!! Back on the horse. I can do this.

I do. I use an Apple Watch, a calorie tracker, and the FITIV app, which will calculate my calorie deficit. I vary what I eat Day to day, so the deficit is a better market for me that a set calorie amt. I have a500 cal min per day for my active calories & get closer to 600-700z1 -

Do you ever listen to the Half Size Me podcasts? Heather discusses strategies for binge eating. She lost 170lbs from I think 320 or 330 & is maintaining. I heard her recently.
1. Don’t beat yourself up or shame yourself
2. Eat the next meal as you had planned it prior to the binge. Do not skip the next meal, or drastically cut calories.

I'm allowing myself a piece of bread in the morning to take the power away from it at night. I appreciate all your support and encouragement.

I hit under 1800 yesterday but I just bartered with myself over my 1800 cal limit. At this point I'm not sure where I'm at because that 1,5 qt ice cream tub came out and I don't know what was left and I don't know what I ate. (I'm a wild card today because school is starting up soon and I already want to drop out.)
I'm maintaining at a deficit even though I didn't do a deep cut. Now I'm not going anywhere.
