    As I had a night snack after dinner, but I was able to stay in control, because I knew I had a limit! Phew! This challenge is awesome! Thanks!!

    I was not able to control the salt /bread craving. All failed to use self-talk and my strategies. I just caved. TOM. I was prepared with chocolate treats, but not salt. :( ugh. It's a new day!! Back on the horse. I can do this.

    I think you could save yourself a lot of days of "????" if on other days you weren't eating so much below your target. It sounds like your body is tired of such low calories and it's making you very hungry, then you eat more on some days as your body tries to recoup the calories.

    Thanks I appreciate the "feed" back... lol pun intended. It's actually a "binge" thing at night that I can control 85% of the time. That's why this thread is helping me. I'm trying to figure out my triggers. I'm not at the point where I need to sustain my weight, I'm still on the losing process. I have my calories set at 2000 to allow for a binge. And my daily calorie goal is set at 1600 to allow for a cheat meal. But I try to stick to 1200-1400. When I binge it's not just one item, it snowballs into me eating everything in the kitchen!! :) And then the binging attitude lasts for several days until I can get it back in control.

    I will seriously consider your advice. Again thanks.

    Ooh this looks like a great idea. My UCG is under 1800 kcal a day (though I have MFP set to maintenance at 2080 kcal currently). The last three days I have stayed under 1800 kcal-- Wed 1652; Thurs 1769; Fri 1617.

    Thanks for asking. No, I usually don't, that's what gets me into trouble. I just give up and don't track. THAT is the habit I need to break... being honest with myself, regardless of the consequences. Making myself be mindful.
