    I'm also aiming to comfortably run on the treadmill for 30 minutes by Labor Day in preparation for winter half marathon training. I sweat really easily and lose a lot of water on the really hot days so my current treadmilling goals is 30 minutes or light headed whichever comes first.

    Ok going in the wrong direction :D I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

    I’m in!! I need some accountability to finally reach ultimate GW. I always get within 5 lbs then slack off and go up a few pounds.

    I cut way back on my alcohol and have been doing a 14/10 IF to help limit calories without tracking. This week I’m adding tracking back into the mix.

    A good week. Tracked calories since Monday, have only had one beer and 1.5 glasses of wine all week. Some of the 1.4 lbs lost is TOM water loss, so I’m not expecting this kind of drop again
