Ok going in the wrong direction I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.1 -

I’m in!! I need some accountability to finally reach ultimate GW. I always get within 5 lbs then slack off and go up a few pounds.
I cut way back on my alcohol and have been doing a 14/10 IF to help limit calories without tracking. This week I’m adding tracking back into the mix.
