    Happy TGIF!!! 4 clients this morning then off! A relaxing weekend this week.

    Cardio: jog/walk- 3 miles (350 calories)

    Strength: legs- leg press, front squats, leg extensions, lying leg curls, seated leg curls, stiff legged deadlifts. 4 x12,10,8, 6

    Assessment: Chicken Artisan sandwich.

    Assessment: Sushi for dinner.

    Cardio: walk/jog- 90 minutes (564 calories, 5.72 miles with a number of hills)

    Strength: 100 kettlebell swings (20 lbs), 5 pushups (part of a kettlebell/pushup challenge here on MFP)

    Assessment: Met calorie goal. Didn't get enough protein in. More carbs and sodium than I would have wished.

    Assessment: Prawns and salad last night.

    Happy Humpday! 3 clients this morning then 5 tonight! Have a new client this evening and she's apparently really shy to workout, but I'm usually pretty good at helping people get over shyness in the gym.

    Strength: back- pulldowns, bent over barbell rows, seated cable rows, dumbell pullovers. 4x12,10,8,6

    Assessment: Shrimp salad last night.

    Assessment: Met calorie goal. Pain in left knee when doing squats so had to forgo my BodyPump class. Took it easy today.

    Keep it up! My wife is a Zumba instructor and always tries to get me to do Strong!

    Don't do it as often as I once did. Hadn't been in a while and was gasping for breath by the end. One heck of a conditioning workout for sure! Kudos to your wife for teaching Zumba! I got certified last November, but not teaching at the moment.
