My last try..

Hi all
I am 40 and I am giving a last try on loosing the extra klos..
I am new here.
I've tried a lot of other applications..
I managed to loose max 10 kilos but something happens and I stop an next year the 10 kilos are back..
This time I will try to loose all 30 extra kilos and maintain for ever
Blah blah blah..
Will I manage?........

I checked the posts
Lack of sleep and midnight eating are my enemies
So I will start slowly slowly to go for sleep earlier every night..
Plus water first thing in the morning!

Mindset is huge. If your going in with "one last try" then when you inevitably give up -we all do sometimes- you wont get back on track. The key is to just...keep getting back on track.3

The first couple of days filling out the food diary can be time consuming, but once you start getting your food and meals logged, it's so much easier.

Crossing fingers and going on to loose real fat!
