Hi. Just in my first month. Not sure how I’m doing because I don’t trust my scales!! If they are right I’ve lost 10kg in 6 months but I’m not consistent. Like here I am in the pub. No exercise and 189 calories over target. Will I go for that second pint? But except for last 2 days I have been way under my 2500 target most days. I could really do with some help now I am past the easy zone. This is probably oversharing but hope someone out there will advise. John

Welcome to the MFP Community.
If you're using the same scale all the time, then it doesn't matter too much if the scale is off by a bit. The important thing is to see a downward trend over time. 10 kgs in 6 months is a respectable amount!
