Ok going in the wrong direction I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

I need to work on portion control. In an isolative, food-centered setting, I tend to want to treat myself. Examples: mustard potato salad, which I had not had in a really long time, w/two small wieners. Ice cream from the tub without weighing out serving always goes south.
