July 8: 158 finally out of the 160s! I’ve been consistently between 157 and 159 this week so I feel good saying I’m out of the 160s. 4lbs to go to this month’s goal! Have to push harder!
July 15: 158.6 - had a weekend where I just ate non stop. Saw 155.8 during the week but pretty ok with not seeing 160s again after a eat all in sight weekend.

May 6: 181.8 (+2.4) - a little too much indulgence ... but back on track!
May 13: 180.6 (-1.2) - not bad after 3 birthday celebrations over the weekend
May 20: 177.8 (-2.8) - three weeks of tracking and patience paid off this week
May 29: 175.6 (-2.2) - weighed in late but made my goal before the end of the month!

June 3: Vacation - no weigh in - hoping to maintain!
June 10: 174.8 (-0.8) - averaging 20,000 steps/day seems to have offset the wine and pasta on my Italy vacation
June 17: 176.6 (+1.8) - guess the wine and pasta caught up with me - I'll need vigilance to make this month's goal
June 24: 175.4 (-1.2) - going in the right direction but giving myself one more to get closer to goal
