I'd like to join! I'm trying to stay motivated. I got down to 150, gained 3 back on a 6 month diet break. Started again about 5 weeks ago. Wanting to stay on track.

I managed to make it down to 55kg in June but completely fell off the wagon and gained again. Hoping to get back to 55kg asap and this challenge seems like a good way to go!
I'm going to use this to also challenge myself to be more aware of what I'm eating, and to also be more present when I'm eating. Food so easily becomes a comfort thing, and I just end up overeating on foods which aren't actually fueling my body in the way it needs. So let's do this!2 -

Ok down a few lbs this week, but not happy about it. During the week gain several lbs of water weight, seems new protein caused increase. Diet was tight, holding 19-2K daily. Changing workout this week, full body 3x week, in 4x10 range with last set being TUT/Drop set.... on rest days adding back more cardio, target is 4 hrs on treadmill walking.0 -
7/22 - 163.4 - well, only down by .4 lbs
My calorie budget from MFP is a bit high. After under going an RMR test and checking out my last couple of weeks of food logging, the weight loss lined up perfectly. Now I have my numbers in place. I'm probably aiming to eat around 1350 cal every day but in the last couple of years, eating in that range left me very light headed after a couple of days. It was suggested that perhaps it was not lack of calories but perhaps not enough iron in my diet? So I'll be keeping an eye on that number and seeing if it corresponds to any light headedness I may feel.2 -

Ok going in the wrong direction I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.
