I really feel like I've been tracking correctly so I do not know why my weight went up, except that it may be water weight; however, I also can't think of anything that could have caused that kind of water retention. I have been eating a lot more fiber and perhaps, just perhaps, have gotten a little dehydrated while exercising in the heatwave this past week. But I can't believe either of those would lead to water retention. :-(2 -

July 26: 123.0 ugh so this isn’t going well. For the first time since my journey in January I’m at a stand still. I haven’t been doing any additional activity than my normal day thus far. Ok going in the wrong direction I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.
