Thank you. I just cut out a lot of things such as takeaways, chocolate, added sugar (completely stopped drinking full sugar drinks), no white bread/pasta/rice, butter and I no longer eat fried food.
I have 3 meals a day and eat foods such as oatmeal, chicken/fish/pork/turkey, wholegrain rice & pasta, plenty of veg and salad etc. I weigh my food and that keeps my portion sizes under control. I also use an exercise bike a few times a week.9 -

Just about 90lb difference. The first picture is about 2 1/2 years ago, the second from last weekend. I’m still working on the last 30lbs

Wow, some of these are incredible, guys! So motivational.
Mine is 18lbs difference - I think I have a further 8lbs to lose but rather than being strict with that number, I am simply going off what my body looks like in the mirror!30 -
