    Thanks! It does feel really good and gives me motivation to stick it out tonight, if I'm still having hormonal cravings. Having a couple of weeks of IF definitely helps!

    Round 84 (1st Round) Target: Fasting Blood Sugar under 100mg/dL

    Hi.
    I was pre-diabetic a few years ago, and got it under control. Ahead of my annual physical on Aug 2, I took my morning blood sugar for the first time in months and it was 140! I'm freaking out! So the goal is to get my fasting blood sugar (FBS) down to below 100. And take about 40 lbs off over the course of the next year. Each day I'll post my weight and my morning blood sugar.

    07/22 - 140mg/dL - 1 hour spin class and weight training. Ate low carb today.
    07/23 - 207lbs - FBS 109mg/dL - Walked 9 holes carrying my golf bag; Started Keto.
    07/24 - 204.8lbs - FBS 104mg/dL - 18 holes of golf; weight training; Keto day 2!
    07/25 - 203,0 - FBS 109 - spin class; 9 holes of golf; Keto Day 3
    07/26 - 201.8 - FBS 108 - walked 9 hole carrying golf bag.
    07/27 - 200.8 - FBS 98 mg/dL! Keto Day 5. Blood Keto .8 mml/L

    @Anabirgite I used to pack both my bathroom scale and my food scale when we traveled. Now that we fly, I don’t do that. I’m just super mindful of what I eat.
