White kidney extract

A strict diet just isn't going to work for me so I've just made big changes. I've had no problems cutting sugary and fatty foods but can't cut the carbs completely. I've cut down but I like pasta rice potato bread stuff like that in moderation. I've read a few things about white kidney bean extract, just wondering if anyone here uses or used it? Does it work?

Never heard of it and I have no idea what it claims to benefit but if it’s anything to do with weight loss then I’m 100% sure it doesn’t work!

Why not just eat the kidney beans? 😕
So, the extract is supposed to be a carb blocker. I've never seen reports of those working.
Figure out a way to fit the foods you love into your meals and stay at a calorie deficit.5 -
You're looking for big changes in what you eat as if it's the types of foods you eat that are causing your weight gain.
if the foods that you eat prove to be not satiating enough for the amount of calories they contribute, then your food choices are playing a role.
Because eating less satiating and satisfying, or extremely hedonistically rewarding foods does lead people to overeat.
But in the end it is just about calories.
Increase the foods you think reward you for the calories they cost (where "reward" can change and mean different things over time and under different circumstances). Reduce the ones that don't measure up. Keep to your reasonable caloric targets. Win.

You don't need to cut out food you love to lose weight, you just need to eat slightly less of it.
The reason you're finding it hard to stick to a "strict" diet is because of the word strict. Focus on calories, not banning foods.4
