Best? Not necessarily. Low calorie? Yes, depending how they’re cooked, of course. Tasty? To me yes, definitely! Others...not for everybody.

ehhh - debatable - yes i like eggs but best source of protein i can find others - unless you are doing like egg whties from a carton that are all protein - something like shrimp or scallops that are ALL protein would be a better bang for your buck -but eggs are also cheap

Whole eggs are a mediocre source of protein. 70-90 calories and only 6g of protein. Egg whites are good, but shrimp have three times the protein/calorie ratio of whole eggs.

    Eggs for breakfast every day!

Some people get freaky about the cholesterol and for some reason on this site people have trouble logging eggs.

I have no problem with eggs. mmm.

Look up Korean jimjilbang eggs. They are essentially baked/ or roasted eggs in the shell. The end result is a slightly nutty flavored brown boiled egg, a but more chewy, a super easy to peal when done right.

If I don't have eggs every day, I get very cranky. 😬

A good source for breakfast protein, sure, but they don't actually have that much for the cals. Not knocking them, as I also have as one of my favorite breakfasts (or occasional dinners) a vegetable omelet, but 2 eggs is not nearly as many g protein as many other options for the same cals.
