Late but looking for some more motivation after a 2 yr hiatus from MFP. Been trying out the South Beach way of eating. Not following real strictly but it seems to be helping, plus tracking calories of course. Would love to add some new friends!

7/28: 272 no lost.... but I added back 1 cup of rice daily for workout recovery, feeling better now. This week back to tight diet and heavy workouts.1

July 26: 123.0 ugh so this isn’t going well. For the first time since my journey in January I’m at a stand still. I haven’t been doing any additional activity than my normal day thus far. I think it’s time to reintroduce more cardio into my plan. Started with a mile tonight. Hope to report better news on Friday. Happy for the rest of you!

I’m battling some winter re-gain since I hit my low of 158 last summer. Still getting back in the groove, so as long as I keep tracking & working on my habits and the scale moves towards my goal, I’m happy. But dang it if I don’t want to hit this goal ASAP!0 -

Ok going in the wrong direction I have been weighing in @ 228 for 6 days now, up 4 lbs. I know it's water weight because the scale jumped from 223.4 to 228.6 literally overnight. But just keep swimming.....hoping to see it back down by the end of this week.

Eh only half a pound. This week was proof that letting myself get too stressed and fall off the wagon for a few days really shows. I was too sloppy last weekend and then the stress monday/Tuesday got to me. I am going to make this weekend better, I can't use the weekends as an excuse to go overboard and not workout. Going to search around for something outdoorsy and fun to do this weekend since the temperature will be a little better!
