    @gchick64 Look at your foods/ calories/carbs from 2-3 days earlier to try to explain your losses or gains. I don’t know why, but this is how my body functions - only took me 50 years to figure it out!

    @TerriRichardson112 Oops, typo!

    @jemtred Where do you live? Soda water/seltzer/carbonated water with unsweetened spirits has 0 carbs. Vodka/soda with lime is my go to when we are out.

    @LisaPower123 Store bought soup is probably LOADED with sodium. Feel better!!
