Mine: snack cakes and chips/dips. It was hard but I gave them a proper funeral.

Sugar, gluten, dairy, meat and anything white. I have intolerances so a few of those shouldn’t have been in my diet anyway lol18

Food. Out of sight, out of mind.10

Excuses.
(If I'm not honest about the reality, I can't fix the issue.)35 -
I wouldn't say I threw anything out, but I usually try to use up most of my high calorie foods/snacks before I start cutting (nuts, full fat dairy, dried fruit, cookies, donuts, croissants, juice, cakes, ice cream). Otherwise I try to freeze them if I can.4

I didn't throw anything out (except a few containers of moldy leftovers), I just started weighing and measuring the portions as I finished up what was in the fridge.21

BREAD. Not only is it a binge trigger, it does nothing for me except make me want more. Even "good" breads like Ezekiel were a detriment for me rather than a benefit.16

Nothing. Though I did reduce how much bread and fried food I eat10

All of my tops/shirts that were already pretty baggy because I knew I wouldn't need those again.
Food wise, I've always been the type to only buy what I'll eat that week, so there was no big need for change. Mostly I went out for lattes and ice cream a lot less.13 -
I was going to cut out certain foods, but eventually I didn't see the point in stopping eating them and took a different route. Moderation. I still have snacks, the occasional large bag of crisps, I still eat chips and pizza, burgers, chocolate, ice creams. But everything within moderation, rather than scoffing or having more than what I need. And balance it with exercise. I want something naughty, get my *kitten* on the exercise bike or go for a ride, lift some weights. Nothing wrong with rewarding yourself for hard work.
22 (proper) days in, 2.5kg down and it's still dropping off.14 -

If it works for you, great, but I feel so much better not eating unhealthy foods. No more acid reflux either which I've been suffering for for 15-20 years. Dropped 59 lbs so far since April.

Anything I can't measure the calories with confidence, such as dinner at a restaurant that doesn't have its nutritional info online
Everything else is a go, as long as it fits into the # for the day.5 -

is this directed at me? I think losing 59 lbs so far is fixing the issue, not making excuses. WOO! haha
No. It's what I had to give up at first to lose, which I believe was your question. Not directed at anyone.17
