Isn’t 20 in 60 days more than 2 pounds a day? That’s pretty aggressive and could cause you to lose lean muscle, which you don’t want!
2 months=8 weeks x 2pounds=16 pounds. Really aggressive but Not quite 2 a day.
2 pounds per day would be like 120 pounds.

Yes, I meant 2 per week...And the goal to aim for per week in healthy loss is no more than 1% body weight...a lot of you joining are going far too aggressive to be healthy.2 -

Yes I pointed this out further up the thread. It seems a bit extreme (and unrealistic). It puzzles me that some of these threads in the challenge section seem to advocate quite fast losing and yet all over the rest of the forum people instantly jump on people who are losing about 2lbs a week (generally speaking of course)1 -
